It\u2019s also important to note that you should take your health into consideration and not start running until you\u2019re sure you\u2019re in good enough health to do so. Ask yourself, \u201cHow do I start running?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">How to Start Running: Several factors are necessary to begin running and then stick with it. First and foremost is the desire to exercise, a strong mindset, and the conviction that it\u2019s not difficult at all\u2014and this is true, provided you commit to running at least twice a week. Once you\u2019ve developed this habit, it will become much easier. The second factor is gradual progression. It\u2019s difficult to run five kilometers, for example, if you\u2019re not in good physical shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">Another thing that really helped me get started with running was setting specific long-term and short-term goals. Set goals like these for yourself; a long-term goal might be to run <a href=\"https:\/\/urkod.com\/en\/%d8%b3%d8%a8%d8%a7%d9%82-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b3%d9%8a%d8%af%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d9%81%d9%8a-%d8%b9%d9%85%d9%91%d8%a7%d9%86%d8%8c-%d8%a3%d8%b1%d9%83%d8%b6%d9%8a-%d8%b9%d8%b4%d8%a7%d9%86%d9%83-%d9%8a%d8%b9%d9%88\/\">Race<\/a> 10 kilimeters or half <a href=\"https:\/\/urkod.com\/en\/sabastian-sawe-sub-2-marathon\/\">Marathon<\/a> Or even a full marathon\u2014it could be losing excess weight, or it could be making running a way of life\u2026 etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">Short-term goals help boost your sense of accomplishment, as achieving them will motivate you to keep going and set new goals. For example, you could set a goal to lose a few kilograms before your friend\u2019s wedding in a month, or to run two kilometers without stopping, or to stick to your workout routine for two consecutive weeks\u2026 etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">With whom should I <a href=\"https:\/\/urkod.com\/en\/%d9%83%d9%8a%d9%81-%d8%aa%d8%a8%d8%af%d8%a3-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b1%d9%83%d8%b6-%d9%85%d9%86-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b5%d9%81%d8%b1%d8%9f-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%af%d9%84%d9%8a%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%83%d8%a7%d9%85%d9%84\/\">Run<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">That depends primarily on the person themselves. I think most people prefer to start out with a friend or relative, but personally, I preferred to start on my own because I didn\u2019t want to tie my exercise routine to a friend\u2014since if that friend ever decided to skip a run or workout, it would likely mean that day\u2019s workout would be canceled due to the absence of that partner. You can also go running with a group, such as a team (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.runningamman.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Running Amman<\/a>(bearing in mind that such groups typically run distances of at least five kilometers)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">Where to Run?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">In every country and city, there\u2019s a place that people agree is a good spot for walking, jogging, or other sports. If that place is close to where you live or work, start there, Not just because many people exercise there, but because exercising is contagious. If you start walking, for example, in a place where people are running, you\u2019ll feel the urge to run when you see them. However, if that place is far from where you live, I advise you not to go there, since you won\u2019t be able to establish a daily routine that requires you to spend time commuting through congested traffic.
